Refund Policy
Tickets for the Black Country Music Festival at Himley Hall are sold via WeGotTickets and are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation.
If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original ticket holder. In the case of rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person.

Finding Us / Entry
Entry to the Black Country Music Festival will be via the bridge leading towards Himley Hall.
From the bridge, you’ll walk between the hedges towards the house, where you’ll find the courtyard. From there, continue through the black gate to reach the Cobbled Streets Stage.
There will be a ticket checkpoint on the bridge for both entry and exit.
Staff in high-visibility clothing will be located within the arena areas and will be available to help with any questions or queries during the event.
You’re welcome to leave and re-enter the festival throughout the day; we just ask that you keep your wristband on at all times to allow re-entry.

This is a ticketed event, and all attendees will be issued with a wristband upon entry.
Wristbands must be worn at all times within the festival arena, including the courtyard and cobbled street areas. If your wristband is not clearly visible, you may be asked by staff or security to show it.
Anyone not wearing a valid wristband will be asked to leave the event.
