Can children attend?

Yes, children are welcome at the festival. All under 14s must be accompanied by an adult at all times and have a free ticket off the options on the ticketing website.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please ensure they are kept on a lead at all times and that you clean up after them.

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes, you are welcome to leave and return throughout the day. Please ensure you keep your wristband on, as this will be required for re-entry.

What happens if it rains?

The festival will go ahead in most weather conditions, so please dress appropriately for the forecast.

Can I bring my own food/drink?

You are welcome to bring your own picnic. However, alcohol is not permitted and may be confiscated, and glass is not allowed on site.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. 

Is there disabled access?

Yes, Himley Hall has accessible routes and facilities. If you have specific access requirements, please contact us in advance or speak to a member of staff on the day who will be happy to assist.

What time does the festival start and finish?

Event times will be confirmed on your ticket and event listings. Please arrive in good time to allow for entry and ticket checks.

Where is the festival located?

The festival takes place at Himley Hall. Entry is via the bridge towards the house, leading into the courtyard and Cobbled Streets stage area.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is on-site pay and display parking at Himley Hall. Spaces can fill up quickly during events, so we recommend arriving early.

Will there be food and drink available?

Yes, we’ll have on-site catering as well as a bar serving refreshments throughout the day.

Do I need to wear my wristband all day?

Yes. Wristbands must be worn at all times within the arena. Anyone not wearing a valid wristband will be asked to leave.

Will there be security on site?

Yes, professional security staff will be present throughout the event, including at entry points.

Is there first aid available?

Yes, first aid provision will be available on site if needed.

What should I do if I lose my child?

A lost child point will be located near the sign by the Himley Hall café entrance. Please speak to staff or security immediately if you need assistance.

Will there be staff available to help?

Yes, staff in high-visibility clothing will be located within the arena areas and will be happy to assist with any questions.

How do I get there by public transport?

Local bus routes serve the area near Himley Hall. Please check local transport providers for the most up-to-date routes and times.

Can I bring chairs or blankets?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring picnic blankets and low seating to enjoy the event comfortably.
